Yeast Pitching
After you have finished boiling the wort, mixture must be cooled to 80 degrees. Next, you can pitch your yeast to the fermenter that is filled to two thirds of the desirable end level with some cool water.
These are the basic microbrewery system steps and process. It should be noted that you have to do some siphoning, bottling and pouring of brew. These are simple procedures, albeit there is a degree of precision needed in such processes.
