Bell Street Brewery is located in JONGNO-GU SEOUL where we have installed a lot of brewery equipment. They launched a complete 1000L brewery equipment from us, including 3-vessel Brewhouse, 1000L fermentation tank, 1000L Bright Beer Tank and so on.
The brewer in Bell Street Brewery is quite experienced and we talked a lot to work out final brewing flow chart.
The space of this 1000L brewery equipment is also limited at the ceiling height of 3000mm. Firstly, we customize tank’s diameter specially then make pipeline to be lower than 2700mm so brewer can still have space to operate on top.
Secondly, brewhouse is designed to be Mash/Kettle tun, Lauter tun and Whirlpool tun, without Hot Liquor tank to save space. The hot water will come from the instant heating water.
Thirdly, brewhouse has not working platform but there are two movable steps for brewer to operate. It can help to save space further.

After 2-weeks brew cycle, the craft beer is ready!
