10 HL Microbrewery and 50L Pilot System are on the way to South Africa
South Africa is the southernmost country on the African continent. It is renowned for “hot”, not only hot weather but also hot people. In so hot country, building a brewery must be a sagacious investment. ;)
Recently, we just ship one 10 HL microbrewery system to Cape Town.
1.The brewhouse is typical two vessel, Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun with hot liquor tank. In order to make brewing much easier, the butterfly valve is upgraded from manual type to pneumatic type. In this case, the brewmaster can control valve on/off via PLC control and does not need to walk around.
2.Fermentation unit is 10 sets 1000L fermentation unitanks. It means 10 kinds of beer can be fermented at same time. How various it is! I believe there will be one right for you.
3.This brewery equipment will be installed in brewpub and separated 5 sets 200L brite tank would be place on the back of bar counter. The beer you will drink comes from brite tank directly, which guarantees freshest flavor, best monthfeel......
4.In addition, a 50L pilot system will come along with 1000L brewery. It is used to test new recipes.
