Congratulations we finished production for a 4 hl beer brewing machine after nearly three months trying, that just finished testing and delivery this week.
This set of beer machine without big capacity or complicated designs. But it is quite practical for brewing in a new micro brewery or pub or bars. Its special part is that you can brew sour beer with this machine.
Yes, you are right! The cooled wort still available flows back into brew kettle before goes into fermenters. Then the brewmaster could add lactobacillus which is the important step for brewing sour beer.
For the 4HL beer machine, a 20GP is enough for delivery.
