Customized beer fermentation tanks were delivered to France

Fermentation Vessels, also known as fermenters or FVs (and occasionally spelled fermentors), are the tanks, barrels, or other vessels where wort is held as it ferments into beer. Fermentation vessels have always been an essential part of even the humblest brewery.
In 2021, a brewery in France purchased 25HL beer fermentation tanks from us. They are happy with tanks quality, and expect to purchase more fermenters from Tiantai, so they can have more beer serving on the tap.
The dream always come true. After 1 year brewery expanding planning, they purcahsed several fermenters from us, which includes 12HL beer fermentor, 25HL beer fermentation tank, 50HL beer fermfenters. And now they are planning to upgrade their brewhouse as well.
Here are the specifications of beer fermenters:
1) Manway on top
2) 4’’ dry hopping port with valves
3) CIP/CO2 blowoff arm
4) Horizontal racking arm with butterfly valve
5) Carbonatoin port
6) Bunging valve for fermentation at lower pressure
After 45 days production, the beer fermentation tanks are ready for delivery and loading into container. To save container space, we are able to stack the fermenters by frame.
