Does Tiantai Brewery Instrumental Control Cabinet support multi steps brew

Tiantai, we provide turnkey solution on brewery equipment. Our standard control cabinet has temperature controller. We can set needed temperature for brewing.
For example, we set the temperature at 35℃, the heater will start heating, and stop once temperature reached. Then we can set another temperature at 45℃, the heater will start heating and stop again after reached. But with different heating method, the operation has slight difference:
For electric heating:
There only have heater inside of KWT and HLT. We need to finalize steps brew by mixing hot water.For example, we heat the water to around 36℃ (slight higher than needed temperature, as the temperature will drop down after mixed with crush malt), and then transfer to MLT to mix with crushed malt for mashing.Then we can heat the water to around 47℃ and mix with crushed malt again for next step mashing.
For steam heating:
The MLT can be heated directly, so we can finish mashing from here.
We set the temperature at 35℃ for example, and mashing certain time. Then we can heat the temperature to around 45℃ for next mashing.
With steam heating, the mashing can finish automaticaly as well, but we need to add PLC touch screen into the design. For example, we set temperatre at 35℃, 45℃, 56℃, 65℃, 78℃, and mashing time for each phase, the progress will finish automatically. Of course, the investment will higher further.
