How to add yeast to the conical fermenters?

We all know that the yeast play a very important role during the fermenting process, it metabolisms the sugars extracted from grains, which produces alcohol and carbon dioxide, and thereby turns wort into beer. In addition to fermenting the beer, yeast influences the character and flavour as well.

There are generally 2 main methods for adding yeast to
fermenter:

(1)Batch adding yeast
During the process of batch transfering wort into fermenters, it should add 10%~15% yeast of total volume needed in the first few batches, and keep corresponding ventilation. The rest of yeast should be added into the final batch of wort and increase the ventilation, the dissolved oxygen should be at about 8mg/L.

(2)One-time adding yeast
Just mean all of the yeast needed will be added in the first batch of wort, the Venturi or Static mixer could be used when wort goes into tanks, which could help the air , yeast and wort mixed evenly. This method is easily for operation and with faster raising speed. That could help to effectively shorten the lag phase of fermentation. But please noted the speed of wort goes into tanks, the longer time would produce more by products.
