How to choose steam generator for your brewery

As we know, steam heating is preferred by many brew masters. It can provide uniform heating with 100% efficiency, and temperature is easy control. It is popular in most microbreweries. But how to choose a suitable steam generator for your brewery?
The size of steam boiler is related to jacket area, pipe size, pressure etc. Under certain design conditions in a brewery, we can judge the basic size according to brewhouse size.
In our brewing experience, the boiling evaporation rate normally at 8%. Take 1000L brewhouse as example, the evaporation at 80kg/h. According to the law of conversation, basically a 100kg/hr steam generator is enough to support brewhouse itself.
Of course, if you also want to use steam to sterilize beer kegs etc. To meet brewery production demands at same time, we need to increase steam generator capacity accordingly. If the keg washer is we supplied, we would suggest you choose a 150kg/h steam generator at least.
