How to solve the brewery single phase power supply for equipment
In many breweries,especially the microbrewery,maybe there is no three phase electricity power supply.Only with the single phase power supply.As you know,industry three phase power is more stable when the motors,pumps ect.running,so if possible,it is better to use the three phase voltage power for all the motors and electricity elements in the brewery.
If brewery power is single phase,so it needs to add the VFD(Variable-frequency Drive) to change the three phase motors into single phase motor,and then connecting with brewery single phase power supply.
In other words,all motors is equipped with three phase input in practical,Via VFD,and then change it with single phase input,so that it could connect with brewery single phase power source.In this way,brewery all motors is input with three phase power supply,so stable.So it needs several different power VFD for grain rake motor,all the pump motors.Then it could solve the concerned problems.
That is also ok to customize the motors ect.with single phase voltage,and then it connect with the single power source directly.But no work well like the above.
