Hi Everyone,
At the beginning of the new year 2021, we have one more craft beer machine being finished and shipped to New Zealand. There are some special designs on this sets of making beer machine. Here we would like to share some detailed photos of the draft beer machine as below. Sincerely hope these could help to give you better understanding on your own brewery project.
(1). The brewhouse based on 2 vessel: Mash/lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + Hot liquor tank
(2). The brewhouse based on direct fire gas heating;
(3). The mash/lauter tun with VFD grain rake inside;
(4). With 25L glass wort grant for helping lautering
(5). Two stage stainless steel heat exchanger
(6). The control cabinet was installed on platform for easier operation
(7). With total 4x1200L jacketed beer fermenters.
