Single stage heat exchanger

The single stage heat exchanger generally cooling by cold water. The brewing water will be cooled to 3-4℃ firstly by glycol or ammonia, then heat exchanging with wort wort in the heat exchanger. The cold water will be raised to about 75-80℃ when the cooling is over, then it could be used as sparging water directly.

Compared with the two stage heat exchanger, it with simple structure and without middle plate.

The main technical point as below:
1.The wort inlet temperature at about 95℃
2.The cooling time better within 50 min, or it will influence the usage of whirlpool tun and not good for the wort quality.
3.The pump pressure of wort and cod water at about 0.1-0.15Mpa
4.The ratio of wort of cold consumption at about 1:(12-1.4)
5.The cleaning water and sterilization water at about 85-90℃, the caustic liquid at about 75-80℃.
6.The cycling sterilization time better at about 20-30min.
7.The coolant-cold water at about 3-4℃
