The anti-oxygen measures in the beer filtering

1.Using deoxidized purified water for precoating, and adopt CO2 as prepared gas.

2.During beer filtering, there has important significant to control beer head and tail. In the process, it is easy to make beer oxygen which is not good for colloidal stability.

3.Adopt other measures to make beer oxygen content lower 0.01mg/l

1)Avoiding going into air in the bright tank.

2)Before filter, use deoxygenated water to empty the air from all the vessels and piping. And keep looking the device during the process.

3)Exclude the air bubbles in the piping.

4)Reasonable piping layout with exhaust device.

5)Avoid shrinkage.

6)To stopping the CO2 off and air absorb, there need have enough liquid pressure before run filter pump.

7)Use inert gas (CO2,N2) as prepared gas, also for empty piping system and vessel liquid.

8)Through CO2 in the adding tank,exclude the air in the diatomite mixture.
Avoid oxygen exceeded beer tap mixed with normal beer.

9)To avoid fountain flow and whirlpool in the bright tank, it is better to use outflow baffle and impact plate.
