The sterilization way of inline adding sanitizer
1.The working principle of inline adding
When finish CIP cleaning procedure, starting enter into sterilization step. When running sanitize adding system, CIP pump keep offing temporary, but open adding pump and injection valve. The CIP pump start working when sensor monitoring the sterilization liquid being pumped, and timing at the same time. The adding pump and injection valve should be closed when reached set time. The CIP pump also will off work when reached running time, then total sterilization cleaning process is over.
2.The character of inline adding
* The total sterilization process should be controlled by program, and related pump; valves etc controlled automatically to avoid mistake due to operating by manual.
* Calculating adding time of sanitizer according to the distance between tank and CIP system, to ensure the efficiency of sterilization step.
* To ensure the precision of pressurized valve; relief valve, which place at the behind of adding pump
* With certain adding amount of sanitizer, the consistency is stable. It is not necessary to testing the consistency of sanitizer every time before sterilization. It is OK to testing the consistency of sanitize liquid after finish tanks cleaning only with test strip. It not only reduce the work pressure, but also improve working efficiency a lot.
