What would affect cleaning quality of brewery tank
No doubt, it is necessary to clean brewery tank timely and efficiently after every brewing. On in this way can it guarantee the tank is sterile enough to brew high quality beer. So, the brewmater must concern what would affect final cleaning quality.
1.The character of dirt, such as hardness, adherence etc.
2.The roughness of tank surface inside.
3.Cleaning intensity.
4.The type and concentration of cleaning and sterilization agent.
5.Cleaning temperature.
6.Cleaning time.
The brewmaster should consider the above factors when cleaning tank, particularly cleaning intensity. The cleaning intensity is the main factor of affecting cleaning quality. When the tank is not suitable to be cleaned by chemical agent, the brewmanter has to increase the cleaning intensity and temperature. But, for some Heat-sensitive dirt, it would facilitate the dirt adherence after increasing cleaning temperature. In this case, the brewmaster can only increase cleaning intensity and cleaning agent concentration to reach sterilization as we expect.
