Brūzis Manufaktūra is a very nice brewery in Riga Latvia. They brews excellent-tasting Latvian beer with special respect for the product.
3 years ago, Brūzis Manufaktūra bought a 1000L brewery equipment from us. The basic configuration is as below.
* 1000L 2-Vessel Brewhouse with 2000L Hot Liquor Tank, as well as hydrator, grist silo, hopback...
* 4 sets 1000L Fermentation Unitank.
* 3 sets 2000L Fermentation Unitank.
* 1 set 2500L Glycol Water Tank
* Separated Brewhouse control and Fermentation Control
Now, this 1000L brewery system has been run for more than 2.5 years. Everything goes well.
