40hl commercial beer brewery equipment being delivered to France
For the craft beer brewing market in French, it keeps developing in recent two years. More and more craft brewery equipment being imported to this country and more and more commercial breweries are being established.
This market is not unfamiliar to us, as we have established several sets of 10hl and 20hl beer brewery project there, including the newest 40hl commercial beer brewery equipment which could be delivered soon to France this month.
The whole 40hl brewhouse unit based on common 2 vessel structure: Mash/lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + 100hl HLT. You know how helpful it is with a bigger HLT, especially for brewing two batches per day. This set of commercial brewery equipment with many customization including the false bottom, the manifold with bridge connections, the flexible wort collect piping which is also with cleaning function etc. Every design was dissolved the ideas from both of the customer and our technician.
Our customer who is also a professional brewer came to do inspection for the 40hl commercial brewery before delivery. A rigorous inspection is must needed during inspection, it is also what our customer did on site. A conscientious man in below picture:
