Broken Rail Brewing is situated in the iconic St. Marys Junction Railway Station, a small station built for the Grand Trunk Railway back in 1858. With the goal to keep this historic station and story alive, why not make some damn good beer while we are at it, Ryan and Erin think. So, this St. Marys couple purchased a 5bbl brewery equipment from us, including malt mill, 5bbl 2-vessel brewhouse, 5bbl fermenters, 5bbl brite tanks, CIP cart, keg filler and washer etc, then transformed this historic stone railway station into a fantastic craft brewery. 1.) Restore building inside before brewery equipment arrives.
2.) Brewery equipment is installed perfectly.
3.) First brew starts.
4.) Damn good beer comes real soon, LOL.
