Glad to keep you know Australian Bells Beach Brewing bought a complete 1200L brewery equipment from us. The design of this 1200L brewery equipment is very classical and functional, as well as cost-efficient. So, we would like to share some key configuration. Hope it can bring some good ideas to your brewery equipment design.
1.) 300-500kg/hr double roller mill;
2.) 1200L 2-Vessel Brewhouse, Mash/Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun with Hot Liquor tank;
3.) 1000L grist silo is fitted on top of Mash/Lauter tun, which is connected with mill by a flexible auger. In this case, milled malt can be transferred to grist silo automatically. It saves labor and time efficiently.
4.) Combined 1200L and 2400L Fermenters. These fermenters can designed with carbonation stone and bunging valve, which can be used for both beer fermenting and maturation.
5.) Glycol chilling unit
6.) Instrumental control panel
7.) 100L portable CIP cart
8.) 2-Station auto keg rinser
