Jodoco Belgian Bistro brewery we are working with is established in Ecuador. Why is it named Jodoco Belgian Bistro? This brewery is opened by a Belgian named Mr. Carlos Vuegen. The following is a long and detailed conversation we had with Mr. Carlos Vuegen about the details of brewery equipment, and finally a unified plan was reached.
The 500L brewhouse equipment has arrived safely in Cuenca and the installation has been completed with the efforts of the team.
The following is the configuration of the brewery equipment.
1.) 500L 3-Vessel Brewhouse, Mash tun+Lauter tun+Kettle/Whirlpool tun, Direct fire heated
2.) 4 sets 500l fermentation unitank
3.) 1000L Hot Liquor Tank, Electric heated
4.) Instrumental control cabinet
