500L Brewery in South Africa
On 26th Sep. 2018, we receive first inquiry from Mr. Hilton in South Africa. And then we start the pleasure communication.
With 9 months time, we confirmed all the details for 500L brewery which include layout; flow diagram and drawings etc, finally the customer chosen Tiantai as the supplier and finalized the deposit to us. The basic brewhouse configurations include:
1. Grain Miller: 300 - 500 kg/hr
2. 500L Brewhouse Unit: MLT + KWT + HLT with steam heating
3. 10 x 1000L fermentation tanks
4. 1000L glycol water tank + 2 x 3HP glycol chiller + Glycol Piping
5. Brewery control cabinet
6. 100L Portable CIP Cart
7. 8-Station Semi-Auto Bottling Machine
8. Auto 1-Station Keg Filler
9. 2-Station 2-Tank Auto Keg Washer
Then we take the tanks into production, 4 months later, we finished the brewery producing. We are ready to deliver the tanks to South Africa.
With 45 days shipping time, the brewery tanks arrived at customer’s premises, and our engineer fly to his local for installation as well.
The customer is happy with the tanks quality, and they enjoyed good time with our engineer.
Now, we are ready to start first batch brewing.
