Recently we collaborated with Red Ears Brewing Co., an emerging craft brewery in China. Known for their creative approach to craft beer, Red Ears Brewing Co. required a reliable and efficient brewhouse to support their increasing production needs while preserving the unique quality and flavor of their brews. We stepped in to provide a customized 2500L brewhouse equipment, precisely engineered to meet Red Ears’ specifications for quality, efficiency, and scalability.
1.) 2500L 4-Vessel Brewhouse
Mash tun + Lauter tun + Brew Kettle + Whirlpool tun, with 5000L Hot Liquor tank and Cold Liquor tank
2.) Automatic Siemens PLC with touch screen
3.) Reverse Osmosis System for producing pure water
