1.) Brewhouse
*Classical 2-Vessel, 500L Mash/Lauter tun+500L Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with 1000L Hot Liquor tank;
*All of brewhouse tanks are fabricated with dimple plate for steam heating. Compared with direct fire or electric heating, steam can heat mash/wort more evenly and vigorously, as well as no scorch.

2.) Fermentation unit
*2 sets 500L fermenters and 3 sets 1000L fermetners
*Glycol jacket on side wall and cone bottom
*Sanitary side mounted manhole with pressured door
