This automatic glass bottle filling line is designed for medium-scale beverage production, suitable for beer, kombucha, soda water, juice, and other carbonated or non-carbonated drinks.
It provides a complete solution from bottle loading to labeling and collection, ensuring stable performance, hygiene, and easy operation.
Main Equipment Composition
1. 3-in-1 Rinsing–Filling–Capping Monoblock
The 3-in-1 filling monoblock is the core part of the production line. It integrates bottle rinsing, filling, and capping in one compact structure, achieving high efficiency with minimal footprint.
Rinsing System
The rotary rinser uses spring-loaded grippers to invert and rinse bottles automatically. Each gripper holds the bottle firmly without touching the mouth, ensuring no contamination. Rinsing time and water consumption are precisely controlled.
Filling System
Gravity or isobaric filling system (optional according to product type). The filling valves are made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, featuring accurate liquid control, fast flow rate, and excellent sealing performance.
The advanced filling technology ensures consistent liquid level and minimal oxygen uptake, keeping product freshness and stability.
Capping System
The capping turret adopts magnetic torque adjustment, providing reliable sealing quality without damaging caps. Compatible with various crown caps or twist-off caps as per requirement.
Frame & Structure
The monoblock frame is fully constructed from stainless steel, with transparent safety doors and CIP connection ports for easy maintenance and cleaning.
Siemens / Schneider electrical components ensure stable and durable performance.

2. Empty Bottle Loading Platform
Used to load and feed empty bottles to the conveyor system. Designed with anti-slip stainless steel frame and adjustable height for flexible bottle types.
3. Bottle Inspection Light
Installed after filling and capping for manual or automatic inspection of liquid level, clarity, and bottle condition.
4. Tunnel Pasteurizer
The stainless-steel tunnel pasteurizer provides continuous pasteurization by hot water spraying. Temperature and time zones can be adjusted according to product requirements to ensure microbial stability without affecting taste.


5. Drying Unit
After pasteurization and cooling, bottles pass through an air drying tunnel to remove surface water, preparing them for labeling.

6. Labeling Machine
Suitable for self-adhesive or OPP wrap-around labeling. High precision servo control ensures accurate label positioning and smooth operation.

7. Bottle Collection Platform
Circular or linear type bottle collection table for accumulation and packing, ensuring smooth downstream operation.
