The 2-station automatic canning machine is a compact and efficient solution designed for small to medium-scale beverage canning operations, including beer, carbonated drinks, kombucha, cider, and other low-viscosity beverages.
 
The system integrates an infeed table, can flip rinsing unit, two filling stations, and one seaming station, enabling a smooth and continuous canning process from empty can feeding to finished sealed cans.
 
Empty cans are first transferred via the infeed table, ensuring stable and orderly can delivery. The can flip rinsing system inverts the cans and rinses the interior with water or sterilized air to remove dust and contaminants, improving hygiene before filling.
 
The machine is equipped with two automatic filling stations, offering precise and consistent filling control. Filling is typically based on level control, ensuring minimal oxygen pickup and stable fill volumes. The dual-station design improves throughput while maintaining compact equipment size.
 
After filling, cans are transferred to the single seaming station, where lids are accurately placed and double seamed to ensure airtight sealing and product safety. The seaming process is stable and reliable, meeting standard canning quality requirements.
