Switzerland, officially the Swiss Confederation, is a landlocked country located at the confluence of Western, Central and Southern Europe. A 15HL Steam 3 vessel brewery, OEM manufactured by Tiantai will be setup in Switzerland soon. You definately can enjoy some tasty beer here.
The basic brewing equipment configurations as below:
1) Malt miller with flexible auger for transferring crushed malt to mash tun.
2) Brewhouse MT + LT + KWT + HLT
3) PLC control with pneumatic valves
4) Auto wort cooling station, the wort will be cooled down to fermentation temperature automatically.
5) Auto water mixing station, to reach needed mashing or sparing temperature automatically by mixing city water and hot water
6) 15HL fermenter unitank and 30HL fermenter unitank
