In this article, we are excited to share a 2500L Five-Vessel brewery system successfully exported to Croatia.
Designed for efficient and flexible craft beer production, this 2500L brewery system features a five-vessel brewhouse, automated wort handling, large-capacity hot and cold water storage, and 8000L fermentation unitanks. The brewery system is also equipped with a Siemens PLC and touchscreen control system, providing convenient and reliable operation throughout the brewing process.
1. 2500L Five-Vessel Brewhouse System
At the heart of the brewery is a 2500L five-vessel brewhouse, consisting of:
* 1x 2500L Mash Tun
* 1x 2500L Lauter Tun
* 2x 2500L Brew Kettles
* 1x 2500L Whirlpool Tank
With pneumatic butterfly valves
With automatic water mixing system
With automatic wort cooling system
The five-vessel configuration provides greater flexibility for the brewing process and allows different brewing stages to be managed more efficiently. The two brew kettles also provide additional flexibility for continuous or multi-batch production.
The pneumatic butterfly valves make valve operation more convenient and help improve the consistency and reliability of the brewing process.
The automatic water mixing system enables accurate hot and cold water adjustment, while the automatic wort cooling system provides efficient temperature control before fermentation.
2. 7500L Hot & Cold Water Tanks
The project is equipped with 7500L hot water and cold water tanks, providing sufficient water storage for brewing operations.
The larger water system helps support continuous brewing and improves the overall efficiency of the brewhouse, while also providing greater flexibility for future production planning.
3. 8000L Fermentation Unitanks
The fermentation section features 8000L fermentation unitanks, providing ample capacity for beer fermentation and maturation.
The unitank design allows fermentation and maturation to be carried out in the same vessel, helping simplify the process and reduce unnecessary beer transfers.
The fermentation capacity is also well matched with the brewhouse configuration, making the system suitable for commercial craft brewery production.
4. Siemens PLC & Touchscreen Control System
To improve process control and operational convenience, the brewery is equipped with a Siemens PLC-based automatic control system with a touchscreen interface.
