40 HL Beer Brewing System Finished Installation In France
Most people probably know that the red wine in France is the crown of the world's wine brands. French wines account for about 80% of the world's most worthwhile investment and collections. But with the development of craft beer all over the world, their love on craft beer is also increasing day by day.
In recent year, more and more baster brewers start their own craft beer brewing business in France, from pilot home brew to commercial beer brew. And we Tiantai also established more and more beer brewery projects in France as well. We recently have one turnkey set of 4000L automated brewing system finished installation in France. Our engineer flied to the customer's brewery and helped the installation on site.
Here we shared some fresh pictures with you as below:
(1). The 4000L brewhouse, 4000L beer fermenters, Brite tanks and horizontal brite tanks are under installation. Every device was moved to the suitable position totally according to the layout.
(2). The brewhouse based on simple two vessel: MLT + KWT + 10000L HLT. The manifold and brewhouse piping was special customized according to customer's brewing habbit.
(3). With grist silo above the mash/lauter tun. There is weighting sensor being installed as well for checking how much malt inside of the grist case. Yes, the manhole and glass door were increased to bigger size for easier inspection.
(4). Both of the water blending valve and needle valve are being installed on the water supply piping. And the flowmeter will tell you how much brewing water being used totally.
(5). Both of the 4000L fermenters, brite tanks and horizontal stacked BBTs were installed near the brewhouse unit. The stacked BBTs are professional for beer maturation. Did you noted those yeast tanks on site :)
The steam piping and glycol piping installation will be finished on about 15th of May, and then it could be started brewing beer. Felt exciting and cannot wait to start the first brew!
If you have any ideas on your own beer equipment, please feel free to contact with us. Our engineer and technicians will try to help to customize it for you accordingly :)
Cheers
