500L Brewery System Shipped to Georgia

Glad to keep everyone know our one more 500L brewery system is just finished and shipped to Georgia last month. The design and configuration of this 500L brewery system are very classical and functional. I would like to share some pictures for your better reference. Hope our continuous sharing can help you complete your brewery system proposal gradually. ;)
1.) 500L 2-Vessel brewhouse, Mash/Lauter tun + Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with 1000L Hot Water tank.
2.) Complete 304SS pipeline and all pipe inside pickled and passivated to sanitary grade
3.) Mash/Lauter tun is fitted with grain bed rake and manually lifted spent grain dozer, as welll as false bottom.
4.) Kettle/Whirlpool tun is fitted with agitator for better heating.
But agitator would influence whirlpooling more or less, so paddle is customized to be lifted manually when doing whirlpooling.
