Pontoon Brewing in United States open the second brewery. It is 30BBL brewery. They purchased 10BBL brewing system from us in 2017. They are happy with tanks quality.
To brew one type inexperienced beer directly with a 30BBL brewery, there have a risk of tasty failure, thus loss money. Then a pilot brewing system will help a lot. They asked for a 5BBL brewhouse as pilot system. Normally a 5BBL brewhouse can be used in a microbrewery, especially for a customer to start beer business.
Below are the 5BBL brewhouse, the customers also ask for 3 x 10BBL fermenters and 5 x 5BBL fermenters.
As the customer had a 30BBL brewery, so some items can be shared with 5BBL brewhouse. For example hot water tank, glycol cooling system etc.
