Not every production line needs a complicated system.

For small-batch beverage producers, we offer a simple, insulated batch pasteurization setup designed to be easy to operate, energy-efficient, and budget-friendly, while still meeting basic pasteurization needs.

I. How the Process Works

Pasteurization Process (Step-by-Step)
The system consists of three insulated water tanks with electric heating elements installed at the bottom.
Bottles are placed in stainless baskets and transferred between tanks according to the process below.

Step 1 – Temperature Equalization (25°C Water Tank)

Cold bottles (approx. 4°C) are first placed into the 25°C water tank (no heating).
The bottle temperature gradually increases to around 20°C, helping to reduce thermal shock and stabilize the process.

Step 2 – Pre-Heating & Holding (45°C Heated Tank)

Bottles at approximately 20°C are then transferred to the 45°C heated water tank.
The bottle temperature rises to around 38°C.
During this stage, the tank is continuously heated and insulated to maintain the water temperature at 42–45°C.

Step 3 – Pasteurization (78°C Heated Tank)

Bottles at around 38°C are moved into the 78°C pasteurization tank.
The bottle temperature is raised to approximately 78°C and held for pasteurization, while the water temperature is maintained through electric heating.

Step 4 – Natural Cooling

After pasteurization, bottles are removed from the tank and allowed to cool naturally to room temperature in the baskets.
An optional energy-saving method allows bottles to be returned to the 45°C and 25°C tanks for gradual cooling, helping reduce overall heat loss.
