Grain miller (also known as malt miller) is essential for commercial brewers looking to improve the quality and freshness of their beer. Milling your own grains means you have the freshest flavor for your beer. Choosing the right malt milerl means finding one that is durable, gives you complete control over your crush settings, and will last many years in a microbrewery. No two brewspaces are exactly the same and there is no single malt mill that fits all needs. We offer various malt miller options to set your brewery up for success, no matter what your situation.

The grain miller crushing capacity can be customized according to brewhouse capacity. It basically has 3 working situation in a brewery:
1) Independent grain miller. According to real brewery situation, it can be placed on the ground, or at the second floor, right at the top of mash tank.
2) The grain miller cooperates with a flexible auger, there will have a small silo under the grain miller, the flexible auger connect with silo directly, which can avoid dust producing in brewery greatly.
3) With ceiling height limitations, it may not enough to assemble a grain silo at the top of mash tank, then we also can design a grain silo under the grain miller. The grail silo is big enough to storage crushed malt for brewing.

Malt miller plays a very important role in the quality and consistency of your brewing process. We can work within your space and specific needs to help you find the right malt mill for your brewery.
