Electromagnetic Flow meter or Turbine Flow Meter in Beer Brewing?
Firstly let’s know the working principle for these two flow meter.
Electromagnetic flow meter use electromagnetic induction principle.
As we know, beer liquid is electric. When the beer flow go through the magnetic field, electrodynamic force is happening. It can be measured by the electromagnetic flow meter and convert it to a standard direct current signal.
While for the Turbine Flow meter, the liquid go into the turbine and cause the rotor rotation,This rotation can be converted into digital signal and show out.
Turbine flow can measure both electric or non-counting liquid. This is different from EMF, which can only test the electric liquid.
