Factors on fermenting
There is some factors influence on the fermenting and beer quality.
1.The yeast type
1)Normal fermenting speed and ultimate fermentation degree,in a certain fermenting time,it could reach to a certain fermentation degree.
2) Metabolic by-product is reasonable,it has the ideal beer flavor and foam property.
3)Low beer loss rate
2.Inoculated with yeast
The yeast vaccinal state has relationship with its previous use.The yeast is used several generation,because it lack of the O2 so that it generate the undesirable reaction.so that the ermentation degree is being reduced gradually.
3.Yeast inoculation
Yeast inoculation has great influence on fermentation degree,it is about 4 times of the normal yeast use amount,its fermenting time could be reduced to 1/2.
