Italy 1800L Brewery Equipment by Tiantai

Last month, we just shipped one 1800L brewery equipment to Italy.
1.) Brewhouse is classical 2-Vessel, 1800L Mash/Lauter tun + 2000L Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with 3500L Hot Liquor tank and 3500L Cold Liquor tank. Butterfly valve is pneumatic and control panel is Siemens PLC with touch screen.
2.) Hot Water and City Water blending station, 2 manaul diaphragm valves + 1 IFM flow meter + 1 temperature gauge.
3.) Siemens Flow Meter after heat exchanger to measure how much wort flows from heat exchanger to fermenter.
This customer specially requests Siemens flow meter due to their local regulation. Siemens flow meter is very expensive, around USD3500. Surely, different cities are likely to have different regulations. If your city does not have corresponding regulation, it is not necessary to use Siemens flow meter, even it is not necessary to fit any flow meter. ;)
