Smallest batch in a 10 bbl brewhouse

What is the smallest amount of wort we can put into the fermenters and what is the smallest batch we can brew on the 10 bbl brewhouse?

Here is no obvious effect for filling in fermenter with full batch, or half batch or maybe just a cone. The extra work is only that we need to fill more CO2 into the ferrmenters when here is less beers.

For the brewhosue: Here will be limitation for the smallest batch as we need to firstly ensure that the wort can be filtered well with suitable thickness of grain bed. It means the grain bed can not be over-thin or over-thick. However smaller batch means thinner spent grain bed.

We normally say that a suitable spent grain bed for a good lautering result is 30cm-40cm (we learn this from the university book and part of the actual operation in our own brewery), but a few brewmasters told us that they also do good job with only 25cm grain bed. So we think that that smallest grain for the 10 bbl brewhouse can be around 184kg. Depends on the mash water quantity and grain ratio we can get below:

Very light beer (grain ratio of 1:5): smallest batch can be around 900L.
Normal beer (grain ratio of 1:4): smallest batch can be around 800L
Higher plato beer (grain ratio of 1:3): smallest batch can be around 650L.
