Soft Connection between Auger and Mash tun in Micro Brewery

How is auger connected with mash tun in your micro brewery? When running auger, does it produce obvious vibration and vibration is passed to Mash tun? That is really a headache.
How to solve this problem? Here, we would like to supply you a very cheap and simple solution. Please check following picture.
As you can see, a white soft connection is added between auger and mash tun. It can greatly reduce vibration from auger.
Further more, in order to avoid vibration thoroughly, a small hopper can be added. In this case, soft connection will be put into hopper naturally and does not need to be fixed with mash tun. Please refer to following picture.
