The automatic 30HL Brewery Equipment customzied for a brewery in Germany

We recently designed a complete 30HL beer brewery system for a brewery in Germany. The whole order included Malt miller, Flexible auger, Brewhouse equipment,Beer fermenters, Chiller, Control unit, CIP, Keg filler and Keg washer etc. The 30HL brewery equipment now just arrived in Germany and waiting for installation on site.
Here we shared some photos with you as below, sincerely hope it could help to give you some ideas if you are planning your own beer brewery project as well!
_ The brewhouse based on 3 vessel: Mash tun + Lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + Hot liquor tank;
_ The lauter tun with auto lifting grain rake inside; the mash tun with agitator inside;
_ The boil kettle with inner calandria inside for heating;
_ The whole brewhouse unit adopted pneumati valves and PLC control with touch screen;
_ With a stainless steel inline hopback for adding hop aroma;
_ They asked for a bigger fermenter being used as HLT;
_ With steam boiler, steam pipeline and relevant components included;
