Tiantai 15bbl three vessel brewhouse system

This set of 15bbl system is an advanced system under control of PLC and pneumatic valve to save labour lot.
Following is configuration information, welcome to check.
1.Three vessel brewhouse: 15bbl Mash tun+15bbl lauter tun+15bbl kettle/whirlpool tun+30bbl hot liquor tank.
Brewhouse unit are connected with CIP unit via stainless steel pipe and pneumatic valve to control cleaning process.
2.Mash tun: bottom agitator with VFD is at tank bottom to give bigger stirring intensity in mashing process.
3.Lauter tun: bottom agitator with VFD is at tank bottom. This is already a standard configuration for system exceeding 2000L system.
Gate valve is equipped on the spent grain outlet for removing out spent grain automatically. Rather then removing out spent grain manually.
Many special idea from customer came true in this set of 15bbl system.
