* Red Copper in All Contact Surfaces
Every part that touches your spirit is crafted from high-grade red copper, including:
- The still pot (boiling kettle)
- Distillation column with bubble plates or trays
- Swan neck (gooseneck arm)
- Condenser
- Dephlegmator
- Gin basket
- All process piping and connectors
Copper is not just beautiful, it plays a vital role in purifying the distillate by reacting with sulfur compounds during distillation, resulting in cleaner, smoother, more aromatic spirits.
* Stainless Steel Support Structure
The rest of the system, including spirits receivers, the frame, base platform, CIP pipes, and control housing — is built from food-grade stainless steel, ensuring structural strength, hygiene, and ease of maintenance.
* Heating Options
The still can be customized for steam, electric, or direct fire heating, depending on your available utilities and production preferences.
*Modular & Versatile Design
