II. About Bières Gayar Brewery
Bières Gayar is led by Brewer Jérôme, who began brewing in 2016 as an enthusiast. Through years of study and continuous improvement, his beers gained strong recognition from his community.
In 2022, he transformed his passion into a profession and co-founded Moka Brewery (GAYAR) with his partners, officially launching commercial batches. What began in a small facility has now expanded to a new site in Bras Panon, significantly boosting production—from small-scale brewing to a capacity of 1,200 L per month, with potential growth reaching 4,000 L per batch.
The name “Gayar” represents beauty and pleasure, reflecting the joyful, festive spirit shared with friends and family—an atmosphere deeply embedded in the brewery’s culture.
