Originally from Belgium, and passionate about beer for many years—a passion deeply rooted in his family history—Matthieu wanted to bring his own vision to the table, the lounge, and the bar. Since early 2022, LA RIFF has been established locally to meet the demand in the Orléans area. They regularly produce new craft beers at the LA RIFF brewery according to the seasons or your desires to bring even more diversity to the Loiret region! Tiantai is proud to establish a partnership with Brasserie La Riff.
In early 2022, Mathieu embarked on the journey to establish Brasserie La Riff with a vision to produce beers that embodied tradition, quality, and versatility. As demand for his craft beers began to grow, Mathieu sought a reliable brewing equipment supplier that could deliver systems that matched his commitment to non-industrialized production and superior quality.
After made comparison from various suppliers, Mathieu finally selected Shandong Tiantai Beer Equipment Co., Ltd. due to the company’s reputation for durable, high-performance systems and ability to customize solutions for craft breweries. The basic brewery configurations as below:
1. Grain Miller[300-500kg/hr];
2.1000L Brewhouse System MLT + KWT + HLT, Steam Heated, with PLC Touch Screen Automatic Control;
3. 1000L and 2000L beer fermentation tanks
4. Glycol Cooling Unit, Including Glycol Water Tank, Glycol Chiller, and Glycol Water Pipelines, Pump and Fittings;
5.100L CIP system;
6.Fermenter Control Cabinet
7.Automatic Beer Keg Washing Machine, Keg Filling Machine
Tiantai team worked closely with Mathieu to design a customized brewing system, provide insights into equipment layout and brewing practice to ensure a seamless process.
After finished producing qualified brewery equipment, Tiantai delivered the brewery system to Brasserie La Riff facility near Orleans. The equipment was carefully packaged to avoid damage during transportation. Upon arrival, Tiantai engineer provided installation guidance and performed a comprehensive system check to ensure everything was functioning properly. Mathieu is happy with tanks quality and santisified with our service, and give us high praise.
