Grästorps Bryggeri/Lilla Edet Bryggeri is a combined craft brewery and distillery in Sweden. They strive for total control over every step of the process, from mashing, boiling, wort cooling to fermentation, distillation, oak barrel aging and bottling. Each batch is a small-scale masterpiece, carefully supervised by human hands and flavored with the finest spices from nearby farms.
We feel honored to be their supplier/manufacturer of 1200L brewery equipment and 300L distillery equipment. And we assisted with their installation, ensuring every component was correctly configured to integrate seamlessly into workflow.
The pinnacle of their passion is first Pot Still batch of their own spirit, matured in carefully selected oak barrels and launched in 2024. Through column distillation, they explore exciting flavors in our gin and aquavit. The future will also offer apple spirits, shots, mixed drinks and even rum. At Grästorps Bryggeri/Lilla Edet Bryggeri, they go beyond brewing and distilling – they create a journey of taste and enjoyment that is shared with every drop.
