The 4BBL Stainless Steel Conical Fermentation Tank (Unitank) is designed for professional craft breweries and pilot brewing systems. Built with SUS304 stainless steel, sanitary polishing, and heavy-duty PU insulation, this fermenter ensures excellent durability, hygiene, and temperature control. With a 60° conical bottom, it allows efficient yeast collection and beer clarification. The tank is equipped with glycol cooling jackets on both the side wall and cone, making it ideal for precise fermentation and maturation processes. This 400L/4BBL fermenter is especially suitable for use with a 200L or 400L brewhouse, providing flexible capacity planning for small-scale commercial breweries, brewpubs, or pilot projects.

-Pressure relief valve, sampling valve, and racking arm included
-Interior polished to Ra 0.2–0.4 μm, hygienic and easy to clean
-Compatible with 200L and 400L brewhouse systems
