10BBL Micro Brewery Equipment Running Well in United States
The United States is our biggest market and customers take up to 30%. We built several sets of beer brewery
equipment in United States with various brewhouse capacity. This is 10BBL four vessel brewhouse and setup
in 2017. The brewhouse is based on four vessel structure MT + LT + KT + WT + HLT
( mash tank + lauter tank + kettle tank + whirlpool tank + 20BBL HLT). The basic brewhouse configurations include
1000L grist silo; PLC control with pneumatic valves; loading cell; sink; wort grant; hop back etc.
We take every design to corresponding with customers real brewing demands.
After finished producing, the customer came to our factory and inspecting equipment. They are very happy with
the quality of brewing equipment. Then we deliver tanks to customer local, and 35 days later, the brewery equipment
arrive at customers premises.
Then our engineer fly to United States for installation when equipment in place. Our customer also works hard
during this period, and they think our engineer is a humor guy.
When finished installing, they start brewing first batch beer. Our customer have a booming business and expanding
capacity at the end of 2017, they purchased extra 3 x 30BBL fermentation tanks from Tiantai.
And now, the brewery already running for 2 years. Believe they will get rolling business in the coming years.
