1200L brewery equipment will be delivered to Australia
Congratulations! Another set of 1200L brewery equipment will be delivered to Australia soon.
The whole set of beer brewing equipment is based on two vessel structure: MKWT + LT + HLT. And the brewhouse tanks are heated by direct fire. It is suitable to do step infusion mashing method. Liftable agitator with chain inside of mash tun for uniform heating; grain rake place inside of lauter tank. With wort grant place between lauter tank and kettle tank as buffer tank, which can help avoiding negative pressure under the bottom of false bottom and protect tanks shape well.
50L stainless steel hop back be placed after whirlpool before heat exchanger for increasing beer aroma (rather than bitterness) by adding hop leaves inside.
With 3 x 2500L and 2 x 1200L fermentation tanks, the annual output of beer producing can reach to 178,200L base on 20 days fermenting&maturing period.
We are expecting to see the brewery grand opening soon.
