Its brewhouse structure is Mash&Lauter Tun+Kettle&Whirlpool+Tun+30bbl HLT.
And with one batch 7bbl fermeneters and double batch 15bbl fermenters.
There is also the hopper,flexible Auger ,wort grant etc. in the mash unit.
