2000L Microbrewery system finished installation in US
For starting a new micro brewery, the microbrewery system between 500~3000L are all good choice; but if you have brewing experience before, the brewery system exceed 1000L would be a better choice.
Recently, we have one more set of 2000L beer brewery system finished installation in US. The whole brewhouse unit was special customized according to the building on site. The high platform, the special control unit, the customized grist case etc. Here we shared some fresh installation pictures as below:
(1). The 2000L brewhouse based on 3 vessel: Mash tun + Lauter tun + Kettle/whirlpool tun + HLT.
According to the location on site, the brewhouse unit was desigined based on triangle structure.
The brewhouse control unit was installed above platform for easier operation.

(2). The brewhouse control unit with beer brewing flowchart.
The brewhouse unit with glass manhole and tank light on top;
There is flowmeter being installed on water supply piping for modulating the brewing water.

(3). There is flexible auger for transporting milled malt from miller to grist case, it can help to save labor.
The grist case based on 45 degree for better feeding.

(4). There are total 4 sets of 2000L jacketed fermenters included in this order.
But they plan to add more fermenters in future to expand the beer production.
