50L Pilot home brew beer machine for recipe testing
When starting a new beer brewery, many of our customers prefer to have a small pilot beer making machine together with the commercial brewery system. For recipe testing, we generally suggest the two vessel beer machine, it is just a scaled-down version of the commercial beer brewery system. That ensure less flavour difference based on a same recipe.
The whole small brewhouse was put on the portable cart, so it is easy for moving during operation;
The brewhouse control cabinet was installed close to brewhouse for easier operation;
With glass manhole cover on top, better visualization than stainless steel cover;
Adopted electric heating for the separated KWT, simpler operation;
With beer filter being installed before heat exchanger;
As the small pilot beer machine will be used combined with the commercial beer brewery systems, so it could share a same Grain miller, Same glycol cooling system and Same CIP cart with the bigger brewery system. That could help to saves you some investment.
