Its structure is four vessel Mash tun+Lauter tun+kettle Tun+whirlpool Tun+40BBL hot water tank.They use the steam heating
for this set beer system.In American,the steam boiler is that kind of low pressure steam boiler,its working pressure is usually 15psi.

This brewery have 12 sets horizontal 2500L bright beer tank and 17sets 20bbl fermenters.Also they have one set 1bbl pilot beer system!
