Known for their dedication to craftsmanship, Colab Brewing sought a new beer brewing equipment that could keep pace with their expanding operations while maintaining the consistency and quality of their beloved brews. We provided a customized 1200L(10bbl) beer brewing equipment, specifically engineered to meet the needs of a modern, quality-driven brewery.
This 1200L beer brewing equipment was carefully designed to support Colab's brewing requirements. Equipped with advanced temperature control, optimized filtration, and an intuitive automated system, this equipment allows Colab to create consistent batches with minimal manual intervention. And it streamlines brewing from start to finish, ensuring Colab’s processes remain efficient and aligned with their quality standards.
Key configurations includes:
1.) 2-Vessel Brewhouse, 1200L Mash/Lauter tun and 1200L Kettle/Whirlpool tun, with 2400L Hot Liquor Tank
2.) Kettle/Whirlpool tun and Hot Liquor tank are direct fire heated
3.) 6 sets 1200L Fermenters
4.) Automatic Pneumatic valves + Siemens PLC with touch screen
5.) Stainless Steel kegs
